What we keep, and why.
Le Yard collects only the guest information needed to provide service, remember useful preferences, and send the updates a guest chooses.
Information you give us
This may include your name, email address, mobile number, reservation or order details, dining preferences, and optional birthday month and day. We do not ask for a birth year in our public updates form.
How we use it
We use reservation and order contact details for confirmations, changes, service messages, and guest support. We use information for marketing, texts, or personalization only when the related choice is selected. Marketing consent is not required to reserve a table or place an order.
Separate optional choices
Email marketing and guest-profile personalization are separate, unchecked choices. Choosing email does not permit Le Yard to save inferred interests or personalize a profile. Choosing personalization does not subscribe a guest to email or text marketing. Neither choice is required to request, manage, or receive service for a reservation.
Choice records
Optional guest-interest choices are recorded with the contact destination and submission evidence Le Yard receives. Le Yard may require an additional private verification step before fulfilling or relying on a request. Guests may review or withdraw eligible choices by contacting the public office email below.
Service providers
We may use vetted providers to host our website and guest records, operate reservations or ordering, deliver email or text messages, process payments, and measure site performance. They receive only the information needed to perform those services.
Retention and security
We keep information only while it supports an active service, operational, legal, or consented guest-relationship purpose. Access is limited by role, and sensitive systems use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information involved.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from email through the method provided in a marketing message, reply STOP to marketing texts, or ask us to update or delete eligible guest-profile information. Transactional messages about an active reservation or order may still be sent as needed to provide the requested service.
